Bridge is an online business I created to help “bridge” customers to businesses. There are many products and services that are dissatisfactory in design, and through market and UX research, I have learned two things. One, there is a big gap between what customers need and what businesses think they need to make. Two, there are multiple reasons why people don’t review products/services so the customer reviews that businesses receive are not accurate to what the average customer thinks. Bridge intends to create and sell solutions for the problems customers tell us directly, while also being the service that notifies other businesses on what their customers really need.
